Adieu
I am slightly annoyed and embarrassed. With all the craziness of life that is going on right now, I have been terribly neglectful with my 365 goal. So, I am going to be ending it. I just can't keep up right now. Add to that the fact that Keith keeps stealing and losing important parts to the camera, or the whole camera itself. It has been fun, and I am planning on posting more photos on my daily blog, so I invite you all to come visit me there. Hopefully next year I can try this again (and I am crossing my fingers I will have a great camera by then). Until then, come see me at Happily Ever After!

Day 16
From Left to Right that is an empty 1 serving cheesecake carton, a chocolate turtle pie, jalapeƱo cheese ball with wheat thins, Mansfield Park, and half an apple fritter. Not pictured is the twix bar devoured at the check out... I couldn't even wait to get to the car with that one.
This is how my day finally ended.
Care to take a guess as to what kind of day it was?

Day 14
This is my new best friend.
Seriously.
It gets rust out of my sink that three years of Comet cleanser couldn't touch.
I didn't even have to scrub hard. I just sprinkled, and it basically came off.
As I go through my house, getting it ready to sell, my new best friend is always by my side, ready to step in and take over at any given moment.

Day 12
After a very long and tiring day, this is all I have to show for it.
And I am not so sure I like the color.
But it was only $5 in the reject pile at Home Depot, so we bought it anyway. It looks great on furniture, but walls...
But I have already come this far, and am too tired to change it, so whoever buys our house is going to have to love it (I am praying they love it) or paint it a different color. Either way, as soon as I fix the few holes in the other walls and paint it, I am d.o.n.e!

Day 10
Really, I do wash Keith's face! I know it doesn't look like it from all the pictures of him, but I do. I think I am going to have to be more dedicated with the face washing. I have very few photos of him with a clean face, sadly. But at least the majority of those photos are full of smiles!
Keith loves to fly. Whether it is as an airplane, or a bird, it does not matter. Today he was running around flapping his arms and telling me he was a bird. Later, I was laying on the floor with my feet in the air when he came up to me, and jumped on my feet, demanding I fly him. Then he would get down, and I would have to fly him and a stuffed animal. We ended up with four stuffed animals and a very happy little boy.

Day 9
It is time for Tea. Keith had been asking me for a good half hour for tea. He loves it! Jeffrey was going to be walking in the door from working late, so I thought I would have a hot plate of food ready for him, along with some "tea" or cocoa as it really is.
After jumping on the bed for a good ten minutes, I was informed that it is Night-night time. Keith climbed under the covers and insisted I put Faye under the covers next to him. He kept giving her kisses, and it was so cute! Unfortanatly he stopped each time I tried to get a picture, and he would pull faces unintentionally or turn his head right when the picture was about to take.
My question is how does everyone else seem to get such great photos of their wiggly toddlers? Every time I see something that would be a cute picture, my son turns at the last minute, or pulls a funny face, or starts to say something, thus ruining the "perfect" picture. But I do get a lot of candid shots of him, so I guess that is good too.
Just a Side Note
I just have to say, my friend Sue told me bout her daughter in law Heather who is turning her hobby into a business! So many people are doing that now days. I envy their talent. I am hoping that by doing this 365 day challenge (as I am sure I have said before) I will learn some new tricks and skills with the camera so I too can show off my kids in the best light. Honestly, I think I can learn, but I think I need a better camera. *Sigh* one of these days I will get one, but in the meantime, I will just drool over websites like this one, and blogs like this. I tell you what, that Heather is incredibly talented, and I am aspiring to be her when I grow up!

Day 8
The rite of childhood is eating freshly fallen snow. I felt a little bad for letting him eat it since I knew how bad the eair had been, and all of that dirt and smog had been captured by the snow, but he was so excited to eat a "snowman ball" I didn't have the heart to stop him. He eventually took it inside to show his daddy, and refused to throw it outside. I eventually got it away from him and plopped it into the sink to finish its job of melting. Of course by this point it was significantly smaller than it was when he brought it in. Oh well.

Day 7
Cleaning cleaning and never getting anywhere.
That is what it has felt like recently. Getting the house ready to sell, while being in an anti cleaning funk and having a two year old who loves to make messes has left my house very neglected. Even while trying very hard to get out of the funk.
This is my kitchen by the end of the day. Notice the dishes are washed. Just nothing else.
This is my bathroom. We have been stripping the wallpaper. It is a tough job. the wallpaper does not want to come off. But when we finish and paint the walls and ceiling, it will be magnificent!

Day 6
My son is part banshee.
This picture does not do justice to the day it has been. That is the expression that was on Keith's face for just about all of the day. During church I was ready to sell him to the circus, or give him to the next childless lady who gave me that look. You know the look, the "can't you control your kid?" look.
It all started as soon as we got there. I completely missed my class since I had to take Keith to nursery. Five minutes into his class he asked if he could go home to bed. I knew that meant things would not be easy, I only had no idea they would be as bad as they were. After twenty minutes though, I was able to escape to Sunday School.
During sacrament meeting the demon within came out. We ended up on the metal chairs in the back of the chapel. During the sacrament he threw a metal book onto the chair and screamed at the top of his lungs "Wanna go to Grandma's!" And then commenced screaming. His Banshee relations would have been proud. He continued to scream for the whole rest of the meeting. Jeffrey sat with him in an empty classroom trying to calm him down, but he would not be calmed.
We have nine o'clock church. That was just a taste for how the rest of the day would go.

Day 2
What is childhood without a blanket fort? After Keith's nap we made a story tent and read under there until I needed to get dinner started. But by that time, Jeffrey got home from work and took over the story reading. Bedtime was horrible, because Keith wanted to sleep in the fort, and everyone knew that it was merely an excuse to stay up later. But it was fun. And left up for another day so Grandma could play in it too when she comes over tomorrow!

Day 1
I took the challenge of documenting my days with a photo for every day. Since my life is basically the same every day, this could be much harder than I thought. However we are off to a good start, as today is my anniversary! Three years I have been married to the greatest man in the world. To get ready for our date tonight, I let the house go, and did a little primping of myself to impress my hubby. Funny thing, he didn't even notice. Men. They never notice anything, do they?

Its Coming!
The 365 Photo challange has my curiosity piqued. So, I decided to try it. I know my kids are going to grow so fast, and I would like to document that growth. Enter the photo challenge.
There are 365 days in the year. I will take a picture each and every day of that year and post it here.
I am not going to start until January 12th though, because that was the start of my little family. So, I am going to start documenting year 3 of our marriage and our little family.
Join me on this journey into the lives and growth of my children.
